Rotation direction: The standard direction is clockwise (when viewed from the shaft end) – only this direction is allowed. Check the rotation direction to make sure the motor starts instantly.
Hydraulic oil: Use oil with a viscosity of 20 - 50 CST (ISO VG32) at 40°C, with pressure below 7.0 MPa.
Oil discharge pressure: Insert the discharge pipe straight into the fuel tank. Keep the back pressure from the filling pipe under 0.3 kg/cm².
Working oil temperature: Continuous operating temperature is 15 - 60°C.
Axis alignment: The eccentric error between the pump shaft and motor shaft must be 0.05 mm, and the angle error must be 1°.
Oil suction pressure: Keep it at -0.3 kg ± cm².
Pressure adjustment: Turn the pressure adjustment bolt left (counterclockwise) to lower output pressure; turn it right (clockwise) to raise pressure. Tighten the nut cap after adjusting.
