Vane Type Pump Features

The shaft clearance compensation design automatically adjusts the pump's displacement based on the set pressure.
It has a built-in pressure regulator, so the system doesn't need an external pressure regulating valve.
It features high efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability.
It works for grinding machines, automatic lathes, pressure machinery, leather machinery, shoe-making equipment, hydraulic stations, and other special or single crystal machines.

Instruction

Rotation direction: The standard direction is clockwise (viewed from the shaft end) – only this direction is allowed. Always check the rotation direction to ensure the motor starts instantly.

Hydraulic oil: Use oil with a viscosity of 20 – 50 CST (ISO VG32) at 40°C, when pressure is below 7.0 MPa.

Oil discharge pressure: Insert the discharge pipe straight into the fuel tank. Keep the back pressure from the filling pipe under 0.3 kg/cm².

Working oil temperature: The continuous operating range is 15 – 60°C.

Axis alignment: The eccentric error between the pump shaft and motor shaft must be ≤ 0.05 mm, and the angle error ≤ 1°.

Oil suction pressure: Maintain it at -0.3 kg/cm².

Pressure adjustment: Turn the pressure adjustment bolt counterclockwise to reduce output pressure, and clockwise to increase it. Tighten the nut cap firmly after adjustment.
